2. No online payments

This website does not collect any payment online. The appointment form only sends a booking request to the clinic. Because no money is taken through the website, no online transaction needs to be refunded.

3. Consultation fees

Consultation fees are paid in person at the clinic by cash, UPI or card. The fee shown on the website is indicative; please confirm the current amount with the clinic before your visit.

4. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

An appointment request can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time at no cost, since no payment is taken in advance. Simply contact the clinic by phone or WhatsApp as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.

5. Refunds for in-clinic payments

Once a consultation has been provided, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable. In genuine cases — such as a duplicate payment, an overcharge, or a payment made for a consultation that did not take place — a refund will be arranged. Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Charges for any tests, procedures or medicines are governed by the terms of the respective provider.

6. How to request a refund

To raise a refund or billing query, contact the clinic with your name, the date of payment, the amount, and the payment method used. We will review genuine requests promptly and fairly.
